2005 six experienced lawyers from law firms specialized on business law founded a new law firm. One of the six lawyers was the late Jobst v. Wahlert – the colleague the law firm was named after.

The law firm targeted on the needs of companies and their daily business decisions on a day to day basis. The law firm should be able to advise the firms also internationally.

Since that time WAHLERT Rechtsanwälte became a well known institution within Stuttgart’s law firms. Meanwhile 17 lawyers are working for WAHLERT Rechtsanwälte. The idea stood the test.
